Welcome to the HES!

  Welcome to the The Humane Educational Society of Chattanooga! We have moved into an era of renewed determination to bring hope to the thousands of wayward animals who find their way to our shelter each year.  In order to achieve our goals,  we are reaching out to the community to connect people with animals. Together, we can improve the lives of those who cannot speak for themselves.

Whether you want to adopt a special pet, or need help with behavioral issues of an already adopted companion, you can find all the help you need right here! Navigate your way to questions you might have about lost pets or city/county ordinances.
