Celebrating 100 years of Service
See our Goals for our 100th anniversary!!
The Humane Educational Society began serving Hamilton County in 1907 and was
incorporated as a non-profit in 1910. By our official 100th year anniversary in
2010, the Humane Educational Society is planning to achieve these goals:
• “Get to Zero” and work with other shelters to
rescue TAT pets from death
• Complete renovations of our kennel and adoption center
• Be fully supported by private donors, grants and fund raisers
• Complete Humane Educational Center for Children and become a leader with
our new “kid kindness™” training and community outreach, partnering with
child abuse and woman abuse groups to stem violence in our community
What We Need

and love for an abandoned animal. |

Rescuer: Buys medicine to test, vaccinate
and treat homeless animals, preventing the spread of diseases such
as rabies, heartworm, feline leukemia and feline AIDS. |

EMT: Treats animals with illness or
injuries, saving their lives and enabling them to be adopted. (See
Boo’s before and after pictures on left side.) |
| __$500 |
Specialist: Saves many lives. A picture and
story about how your contribution helped our special animals will be
mailed to you. |
| __$1,000+ |
Chief of Staff: As a chief benefactor, you
will be invited on a personal tour of HES with our Executive
Director to see how YOUR contribution helps HES animals. |
| __Other |
Giver: No gift is too small. Be an angel and
give whatever you can afford to help HES in “Getting to Zero™.” |
